Welcome to SaaS Review. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaaS Review and related services (the "Services"), operated by SaaS Review, 701 Tillery St, Austin, TX 78702, USA. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately at software@saasreview.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. User content and reviews
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, comments, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SaaS Review a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
You agree your User Content:
- Reflects your honest experience and opinions.
- Does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, spammy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Discloses any material connection you have with the product you are reviewing (e.g. employment, sponsorship).
We may remove or edit User Content that violates these Terms or our editorial guidelines, in our reasonable discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post fake, paid, or incentivized reviews without clear disclosure.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or relationship to a product.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with the Services, attempt to bypass security, or upload malicious code.
- Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos (other than User Content), are owned by SaaS Review or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
6. Third-party products and links
The Services include information about and links to third-party software and websites. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Reviews are opinions of individual users and don't constitute an endorsement by SaaS Review.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that User Content will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Review will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SaaS Review harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where prohibited by applicable law (including mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence).
12. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via the Services or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
