About
Kashboard is bookkeeping stripped back to what small businesses, freelancers and online earners actually need. Drop in receipts, invoices, bills or bank CSVs — or forward them straight to your inbox address — and the AI takes a first guess at each one. You swipe right for money in, left for money out, and the books are done in about three seconds per document. No chart of accounts, no double-entry jargon, no spreadsheets. The dashboard shows three honest numbers: IN, OUT and PROFIT, period-aware across month, quarter, year and TTM, with multi-currency amounts auto-converted. Underneath the playful surface it is serious: a searchable, audit-ready receipt vault, natural-language questions about your books ("how much did I spend on tools last quarter?", "who hasn't paid me?"), multi-business support on one login, and a one-click tax-time pack containing the P&L, ledger, cash-flow and receipt archive your accountant will ask for. When you come to sell, the business sale pack exports buyer-ready financials — P&L, TTM performance, cash-flow and the full receipt archive — packaged the way acquirers expect to see them.

Bookkeeping that takes ten minutes a week
I'm a solo consultant and this is the first tool that stuck. Drop, swipe, done. The AI confidence score means I only slow down on the ones it isn't sure about. Support answered a question about the receipt vault the same day. For the price it's hard to argue with.

Tax visibility without the anxiety
What I actually wanted was to stop being surprised at tax time. Kashboard keeps a running view of what's owed and what's deductible as I go, so I set money aside monthly instead of panicking. It's not tax advice and doesn't pretend to be, but the visibility is what changed my habits.

Running four brands from one login
I have a store, a newsletter and two client-service brands. Multi-business means one login and four clean sets of books, and I can still see each one's profit separately. Uploading five years of old receipts in bulk was painless — it chewed through the backlog overnight.

Replaced my accounting software and I don't miss it
Traditional tools assume you want to be an accountant. I don't. Kashboard asks one question per document — in or out — and gets out of the way. The "ask your books" search is the bit I didn't expect to use and now use weekly to check subscription spend and unpaid invoices.

The sale pack paid for the subscription ten times over
I sold a small content business this year. Buyers wanted TTM revenue, cash-flow and proof behind the numbers. The business sale pack exported all of it in the format they asked for, receipts included. Diligence took days instead of weeks and I never opened a spreadsheet.

Great for online income, still learning on FX edge cases
Most of my money comes in through Stripe and a bit through Wise, and Kashboard splits the gross, the fees and the net payout without me thinking about it. Multi-currency conversion is automatic which is a relief. A couple of unusual FX refunds needed manual correction, but that took seconds rather than an evening.

Simple on top, but the tax pack is the real prize
I picked it for the simplicity and stayed for the tax-time pack. One button gives my accountant the P&L, ledger, cash-flow and every receipt attached to the right line. She used to bill me for tidying; now she just files. For a small business that's a real saving, not a feature bullet.

Finally, bookkeeping that matches how I actually work
I freelance across three clients and used to dread the end of the month. Kashboard replaced a spreadsheet, a shoebox and two hours of guessing. I forward invoices to my inbox address as they arrive, then swipe through the queue with a coffee on Friday. Profit is right there at the top, honest and up to date, instead of something I discover in July.
